We have experience of working for developers both as a town planner and a legal adviser. In the public sector these include Councils, the Mayor of London and the London Assembly.

Outside London we advise in the Home Counties (e.g. Surrey, Sussex, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire.

London Borough Planning

Our background combined with the network of relationships across London can speed up project implementation.

We get planning consents from many London boroughs e.g. Barnet, Camden, Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham, Islington, Lambeth, Kensington & Chelsea, Southwark, Tower Hamlets and Westminster City. We have experience of large development sites in OPDC, Brent, Ealing, Islington, and Waltham Forest.

We monitor town planning policy changes across London and consider the implications for growth and property development.

In 2020 we have a new London Plan with new Growth policies significant for housing in particular. There are other emerging Borough development plans due for adoption. The planning landscape is subject to regular change and never stands still.
